HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP

CANDIED WALNUTS
2 cup water
1.5 cup sugar
1 cup walnuts

1. Add water and sugar into a pot. Cook this til sugar melts
2. Since sugar melts, add walnuts and bring to a boil
3. Once boiling, leave the nuts to boil for 2 minutes
4. Remove nuts, place onto parchment paper, spread and even layer and allow nuts to dry


HONEY WALNUT SAUCE
1/2 cup Japanese mayo preferred
4 TBSP honey
2 TBSP condensed milk
Juice from 1/2 a lime
mix this all together
Adjust measurements as needed


SHRIMP
2 lbs shrimp
4 egg whites
1 cup corn starch

1. Whisk eggs until foamy
2. Then add cornstarch and combine well
3. Then dunk shrimp into batter and then pan fry until golden on both side
