We heard that sending mail to Albania can be problematic. From missing parcels to costly fees and other various issues. We had a parcel sent from overseas to test it for ourselves. The mail system in Albania seems to involve picking up mail at the post office, so we had something sent to the local post office in Saranda to our attention just to see what would happen. Watch and find out if the postal system works.
