Level 20 from Rosalia is by far the most useless thing I have ever seen. Being able to discount The Anti-Bloon but you can't get level 20 in normal Expert map unless you dumped money to her, that's already making this discount to be one of the 'NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS' feature.

Even you know how to use Tech Terror, why don't you just use Geraldo instead of Rosalia? She doesn't have any useful synergize even with 5% discount to all upgrades from Ace and Heli, meanwhile Geraldo can cheese every corner of pretty much anything.
