🍞 Turkish-Style Sandwich Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
200 ml milk
75 ml water
So the total liquid = 275 ml
1 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp salt
1 stick (113g) unsalted butter, softened
Olive oil (for brushing)
Flour (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to activate.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and the softened butter.
3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and knead into a tight dough. Knead for 15–20 minutes until smooth and elastic. Yes — you’ll be glistening too.
4. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Knead briefly again, divide into 14 equal balls, flatten gently by hand into oval shapes, and place on a baking sheet.
6. Dust lightly with flour, cover, and let them rise again for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes — flip halfway through (10 minutes per side) for even browning.
8. Brush with olive oil after baking for that soft, shiny finish. Let cool slightly before serving

Description:Juicy, flavorful beef kebabs shaped into round patties — perfect for stacking in your soft sandwich bread. Spiced just right and pan-fried or deep-fried to golden perfection. No breadcrumbs, no fuss — just pure flavor.
🧾 Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (cooked and dry)
2 small boiled potatoes (or 1 large)
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ tbsp crushed green chili (or to taste)
1½ tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 pinches turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
1 slice of bread (only if mixture feels too soft)
3 small eggs (whisked)
All-purpose flour mixed with a little salt & pepper (for dusting)
Oil for frying (pan-fry or deep-fry)
🔪 Instructions:
1. Add ground beef, boiled potatoes, onions, coriander, green chili, and all spices into a food processor. Blend until smooth and combined.(No processor? Mix by hand — just well!)
2. If the mixture feels too soft, add a slice of bread to firm it up.
3. Shape into round burger-style patties. Keep the edges a bit thick to avoid breaking.
4. Dust each patty lightly in seasoned flour, then dip into the whisked egg mixture.
5. Fry until golden brown and cooked through — internal temp should reach 160–165°F.
