1957 BSA Dandy #7

Описание к видео 1957 BSA Dandy #7

This one shows a somewhat vainglorious attempt upon my painting skills. The cylinder head was cleaned with brake fluid and a Dremmel with a wire wheel, while both wheels and the exhaust were cleaned of rust with a spongy abrasive wheel on a drill and then washed and cleaned with brake fluid. I think they look bloody good for a rank amateur, the wheels painted with Rustoleum silver outdoor paint/primer and the cylinder head and exhaust painted with VHF high temperature exhaust paint. I just let the spokes catch most of the spray and any that falls on the hubs will come off with a light Scotch pad. The wheels are now ready for the new tubes when they arrive and the tyres that are here! Its moving along, just like the Toon
