Sudden Cardiac Death In Young Patients and Athletes

In Euro 2021, Denmark's Christian Erikson collapsed on the field requiring life saving CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and a shock from an AED (automatic electronic defibrillator). Now again in 2022 Damar Hamlin suffered a similarly scary event.

In this video I review the most common causes for young individuals and athletes who are otherwise healthy to suffer sudden cardiac death. Hopefully by the end of the video you'll want to potentially save a life and sign up for CPR lessons.
