:: Ingredients ::

Rice flour
Green chilli
Cumin seeds
Carom seeds
Salt
Backing soda
Oil
Rock salt
Red chilli powder

:: Method ::

In large bowl , take a 1 cup rice flour
Add green chilli , salt , cumin seeds and carom seeds (ajwain)
Add water and make thick better
Now add ¼ tbsp backing soda
Now place in steamer
Steam for 20 minutes
Then cut in square shape
Now Spread oil and sprinkle a rock salt and red chilli powder
