Sigh Not gonna say much here, I'll leave up to the fans to discuss in the comments but I honestly wanted to show just how much their father impacted their lives. I wanted to show that rafe seriously needed psychological help but his father ignored. I also wanted to show paralles of Sarah's trauma between both her father and brother. To sum it up!

Ward was obsessed with his daughters approval and love
just like Rafe was obsessed with his father's approval, attention and love
Unfortunately Rafe became mostly like his father
Now of course I never denied Ward caring for him children, however.. he would dismiss Rafe's feelings and obsessivly go to extreme lengths for his daughter but his death was still sad🥺
