Seed density is very important when growing microgreens. Not only does it affect your yield but also the quality and amount of your end product.

In this video we will do an experiment with the seed density. Using broccoli microgreens seed, we grow 3 trays at the same time. The only difference between the trays is the seed density. The first tray gets a low seed density, the second a regular seed density, and the third gets a high seed density.
What seed density will give the best yield?
