Shocking Exhibit: Jesus' Authentic 'Christianity' 🔴

In the genealogy of Jesus Christ, we are introduced to forty-two generations of people, all of whom have a story of a checkered past, people whose lives were not filtered by dysmorphia or altered to affect people's perceptions of their lives. In the family of Jesus, there are no exaggerations of beauty or self-love enhancements. As Ms. Eshiet stated in her thesis at California State University, "Strategies for self-presentation have exploded among people who are eager to create the 'best presentation' of themselves. Self-presentation is intended to modify their appearance to be more favorable to peers and strangers."

Pastor Hutchins noticed the nuanced language of the doctoral candidate's thesis. Self-presentation among family members doesn't work because wherever it is attempted, it breeds contempt for the hypocrisy and disrespect for the hypocrite. The Bible doesn't allow for a spin; it won't allow us the liberty to practice "self-presentation." In fact, the leading figure of the New Testament came to destroy self-presentation, and He did.
