In the arc welding process, XCMG mainly uses arc welding robots of different brands and wants to use just a single platform for digital offline programming.

Project Objectives:
Robots of different brands should be programmed on one unified software platform.
Be able to calculate and generate report about the production from OLP, such as ratio of welding path executed by robot, giving back feedback to design and enhance efficiency.

Project Results:

With on-site support by CENIT Suzhou team, they ensured the perfect compatibility with different brands of arc welding robots.
Now offline programming of multiple robot stations is possible and integrated in the daily workflows to be more productive and to shorten the development cycle.
With the help of auto-generated welding reports, welding quality can be ensured and optimized.
