Jeep Wrangler - Crank Shaft Position Sensor - locate and test

Jeep crankshaft position sensor - Where is it and how do you test it? I show symptoms and a simple test to diagnose this hidden in a hole sensor. Plus a very important tip in reinstalling it should you need to replace it.
