Let's Make Taiwanese Sticky Rice! ♥ Yóu Fàn 油飯

Taiwanese Sticky Rice (aka Yóu Fàn 油飯) makes for a satisfying snack or small meal. It tastes very similar to bamboo wrapped sticky rice, but it's made without the bamboo wrapping and lengthy steaming process. ½ lb. Pork belly
1 Tbsp. dried shrimp
Shiitake mushrooms (dried) 3-4 pieces
Shallot (small amount chopped)

Sauce:
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
white pepper (dash)

Optional garnish:
cilantro
sweet chili sauce
