Little Lidl Protein Shop - 14th August 2024

Geds been shopping to Lidl for a few Protein goodies after the Gym.

We have been finding Lidl has a great choice of Protein products, and as Geds trying to build muscle and I'm trying to lose fat maintain the muscle and build some muscle, we are both being conscious of keeping protein high.
I am aiming for 120g of protein a day and he needs 180 to 200g!!!!!

Now I wont lie, I hate shopping for food, but I love eating!
Ged does loads of our shopping, I am more of a small shop or click and collect type of Gall.

So, What did he buy?
And how much did he spend?
