The Ferrari 308 GTB one of the most well known and loved Classic Ferraris. The Ferrari 308 was first introduced to the world in October of 1975 at the Paris Auto Salon. The Ferrari 308 first started as a Fiberglass bodied GTB, later it went to a steel bodied GTB then the GTS which is not a full convertible but rather a targa top. As a replacement for the 246 GT, the Ferrari 308 GTB was the first of Ferrari’s higher-volume, smaller-engine V-8 exotics, it was built to appeal to a wider buyer pool versus Ferraris flagship V-12s, it was the first of the long line of V8 Ferraris that have evolved into Ferrari's massive commercial success.
