How to Remove Star Halos Using Photoshop and PixInsight

Star halos appear in some of my images around the brighter stars when I am using the Optolong L-eXtreme narrowband filter. It ruins the look of the image but there is a simple way to remove star halos and I will show you how to do it in Photoshop and PixInsight, and any other post-processing software to get back to that more natural look.
