Goji Berry Energy Balls (4 ingredients):
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter (almond butter tastes more subtle, which is what I used)
4 tbsp honey room temp
1/4 cup goji berries

Apple Pie Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
1 cup almond milk or plant based milk
1/4 cup diced apples

Oat Crepes:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk or any plant based milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
