Find meetings in your local area, "Keep Coming Back", get a sponsor, do 90 meetings in 90 days and don't use no matter what!

Learn and know the serenity prayer:
"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdome to know the difference!"

The 3rd step prayer:
Many addicts have said:
"Take my will and my life. Guide me in my recovery, and show me how to live!"
