This has Never happened before in Stock Market history. Is Michael Burrys TLT Doomed?

We shattered the jobs report and in doing so we did something that has never been done in stock market history. The Sahm rule looks like it could fail. It is still early to tell but never have we ever had a decrease in unemployment after hitting above 0.5 on the Sahm rule let alone a second consecutive decrease. What does this mean for TLT?
