Blade Runner 2049 is one of my favourite movies of all times. The thing is hard to resist when it's Denis Villeneuve and Roger Deakins ASC working together to create one of the most amazing masterpieces ever.
A sequel made after 35 years, it's considered one of the best in the industry. And of course, the cinematography of this movie has to be taken into consideration. Winning an Academy Award for the Best Cinematography for Blade Runner 2049 after 13 nominations, Roger Deakins mesmerizes us with the beautifully choreographed shots and the amount of details in this movie is stunning.
