Vegan HOXtail With Butter Beans

•2 Cans Green Jackfruit
•1 Can Organic Red Kidney Beans
•2 Cans of Heart Of Palm
•12 Rice Paper Sheets
•2 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
•3 Tbsp Spelt Flour
•2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
•1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
•1 Tbsp Organic Beets Root Powder ( For color)

•Method: Drain Green Jackfruit them boil in a deep pot with 1 tsp
Better Than Bouillon for 5-8 minutes
• Once done, drain and allowJackfruit to be completely cool
•In a bowl, add Green Jackfruit, Beans, Heart of Palm, 3-4 sheets of rice paper( Make sure to dampen rice paper, then use scissors to cut it up), Beets powder, Paprika, Smoked Salt, Spelt flour and mix well together
• All your mixture to sit for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator
•Remove mix from refrigerator
•Wet Rice pepper and start adding in the mix, roll into a log, and seal, you're going to add another sheet of wet rice paper and roll it into a log
•Once you are done rolling
•Cut with a sharp knife into the shape shown, then
•Cut and add the Heart Of Palm into the middle, then brush with a little Beet Root Powder Mix
•Place into an airtight container and allow to sit overnight before cooking

• Cooking Method: Add 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil to preferably Cast Iron pan or be sure to use a nonstick pan.

•Season HOXtails with

•Jerk Rub
•½ Tbsp Grace Browning
•½ Tbsp Zip Sauce ( Walmart)
•Garlic Herb Pepper Blend
•800 Bottles Garlic Powder
•Onion Powder
•800000 Bulbs of Garlic
•All Purpose Seasoning
•3 -6 Pimento Seeds ( crushed them)
•1Tbsp Caribbean Green Seasoning ( See posted Video)

•Once the oil is heated
•Add HOXtails allowing it to be fully Seared on both sides
•½. Cup Vegetable Broth
•Add fresh, Thyme, and Butter Beans
•Cover the Pot and let it simmer on low heat for 10-12 mins and you will get the perfect HOXtail

Don't forget to serve it with some
Rice and Peas, Fry Plantains, and nuh fi get the Avocado 🥑
