39-year-old Tyler Thomas showed authorities the location of 17-year-old Hailey Buzbee's remains, according to the Hocking County Sheriff.

Thomas is accused of picking Buzbee up from her home outside Indianapolis at the beginning of January and bringing her to Columbus and Hocking County. Buzbee's family has not heard from her since.

On Saturday, police arrested Thomas on two charges - tampering with evidence and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Court records reveal a judge allowed the FBI to pick up Thomas from the Franklin County Jail on Sunday for investigative purposes.

The Hocking County Sheriff says Thomas led law enforcers to a trailhead at Wayne National Forest in Perry County.
