मिठो चाम्रे भात र पिरो आलू | How to make sticky rice (चाम्रे ) Nepali Style | Chef Suni

Today's recipe is how to make chamre bhat or sticky rice easy to make but delicious, Chamre Bhat is commonly served as a Nepali khaja. Hope you guys will like the recipe. Please don’t forget to subscribe my channel.
Ingredients/Instructions:

Whole spices
Black peppers
Cardamom
Cloves
2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
½ cup of Sugar
2 cups soaked Rice
For Potato fry
Add 1tbsp Oil
Add 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Add 2 dried chilies
Add 1 medium sized boiled Potato
Add ½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp mix of Cumin and Coriander powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
