Onsen Hot Springs with a Lakeside View: One night at Ryokan Beniayu 旅館 紅鮎 (with ASMR) | Kyoto, Japan

We used our JR West Sanyo-San'in Rail Pass to get ourselves to a ryokan Japanese inn on the shores of Lake Biwa, the largest freshwater lake in Japan, so that we could have an onsen hotspring bath experience with a view! Reasonably priced with amazing food and great amenities, this is a great stop for anyone who can make it to such a location during their trip.
