Following foods will help reduce the effects of psoriasis-
• Firstly, include garlic in your diet as it is anti-inflammatory
• Include spinach, broccoli, and sweet potato as it reduces inflammation
• Avoid nightshade vegetables such as tomatoes and potatoes
• Seasonal fruit namely mango should be avoided as it causes inflammation, joint pain, and will aggravate psoriasis
• Avoid pepper
• Include brown rice and gluten-free food in your diet
• Avoid carbs as they increase blood-sugar relationship and decrease inflammation
