In this video We will have a look at the “Microsoft Windows COLOR PICKER” in order to select Your Desired Color in Windows, and little about the fact that Microsoft has recently released an update to the wonderful utility Powertoys! We go through the different modules very quickly.

Now You know how to start the app let's go to “Microsoft Color Picker”.
You may use this “Microsoft Color Picker” to get the color code on Your screen there are a few options we can set here, and the first is to enable the “Microsoft Color Picker” then We can set the shortcut key to open the “Microsoft Color Picker” the default key is “WIN+SHIFT+C” but We are allowed to change the shortcut key according to Our own preferences, a word of caution here, if You dicide to do so make sure You know what You are doing! There is one more setting next it is located just under and it is for You to select format for the copied color code type, there are at the time of making this video, 4 differents types available the “HEX”, “RGB”, “CMYK”, “HSL”, and the “HSV” let's just leave it as default setting, and We are done.
Now let's see how it works open the “Microsoft Color Picker” by simply pressing the shortcut keys on the keyboard, and then move Your mouse cursor to point at the color that We want to get then press the mouse's left click to copy the color code and let's check the code by pasting it into notepad and see the result.
