Well not only can you get the Robes of Ruin and the Infinite Money Bag, but completing the steps from this event allows players to gain access to the ruby ring locked inside the vault in Varrock West bank, which you can then world hop to gain an infinite supply, though you will have to compete against all the people already doing that.

A Raw Sardine, some Blue Dye, a Pie Shell, some Tin Ore, Raw Rat Meat, some Shrimps, some Purple Dye, a Mind Tiara, a Water Rune, a Leather Cowl, a Bowl, an Amulet of Defence, some Poisoned Fish Food (probably need to buy some poison and Fish Food separately), a Spade, a Steel Arrow, a Hammer, a Redberry Pie, some Redberries, a Red Bead, a Fire Tiara, some Raw Beef, Some Fish Food, an Iron Chainbody, a Potato, a Chaos Rune, an Emerald Amulet, a Feather, and a Steel Scimitar.
