When practicing the Back Whip I will often do the Whip Moi, a simple machine I created with @raqroyoga Raquel:

The Ballerina / Biglemoi style transition Bird to Reverse Inside Star to Mono Throne to Throne is a relatively simple and easy way to go from Bird back to Throne and it looks very elegant.

In the Whink, a simple machine I created with @amelia.wink_ Amelia:
   • Whink acroyoga machine  
The transition Bird to Reverse Foot to Hand to Throne with Flyer keeping straight legs, is simple and very elegant, but can be difficult. It is easier to perform with Flyer bending the legs, but it doesn't look as elegant.
