The vertical Demaree. Going from a 24 day manipulation to a possible 7 day manipulation

To let me start off, I have not attempted to combine these two manipulations yet. Just there were a couple of things about the Demaree that made it kind of hard on the back for us older folks. Even though it is a very highly productive way to make honey, and so far it's the best way I found to stop a swarm dead in its tracks. It did still have its cumbersome moments.

So due to my age and my back, I came up with putting these two manipulations together. The vertical split and the Demaree.
I am very confident that there is going to be some good results from this because the two manipulations have been around a long long time.
but we never know for sure until we try it out.
So here you go.

The vertical Demaree

I have very high hopes that by using the double screen board that when it comes time to recombine the hives, it will be an effortless and simple visit to the hive specifically to remove the double screen board. That would shave off 2 weeks of the standard Demaree and shorten the height of the hive by a full deep.
