How to Choose a Kayak for Travelling

We decided to buy an inflatable boat that would fit into the Jimny when being towed behind the motorhome. Of course a motorised option would be great, but we need to be conscious of the size and weight. We did some research and found that the most economical, weight saving and convenient option was an inflatable kayak.
