ECSS on the Tecsun PL-990x, 680, 330 + Sangean ATS-909 X2

Antenna Below I use with capacitor compensation for 3700 Khz. For low SWR in phone portion of 80m When transmitting, this electrically shortens the antenna without physically shortening it which will mess up the resonance on other bands. Without the capacitor resonance would be lowest in the CW portion of 80m.

Highly recommended for Receiving which I also have is the Bonito MA 305 FT which is a newer version with FM Trap, I use the older version. The Bonito offers lower noise than wire antenna and it really pulls in the DX and is a super performer on Longwave and Mediumwave.

The Bonito comes with standard whip antenna, there is also a longer whip for higher gain.
