Appeal For Masjid– Ongoing Development Works

Alḥamdulillāh, with the help of Allah and the generous support of the community, several major works at East Birmingham Central Masjid have already been successfully completed.

Completed Works:

Masjid front hall refurbishment & it's boundary walls completed

New carpet of front hall installed

Full sewerage system completed

All roof works completed, with a brand-new roof installed

80% of the Wuḍū’ area has been completed

Remaining Urgent Works

To fully serve the needs of our growing congregation and ensure comfort and safety for all musallī, we urgently require funds for the following remaining projects:

£5,500 – Completion of the Wuḍū’ area

£4,500 – Construction of a Masjid kitchen and back garden


Currently, the masjid does not have a kitchen for community use.Additionally, due to limited space inside the masjid, many musallī were forced to pray Jumu‘ah on the road, which is unsafe and unsuitable.

The back garden is therefore being constructed and improved to provide a proper prayer area for Jumu‘ah attendees.

Total funds required: £9,500
