Role Overview:
We are hiring a Site Merchandising Manager to lead our digital shopping experience. You’ll curate trend-driven product discovery and a seamless homepage journey across our fashion/lifestyle platform. Working with creative, marketing, and analytics teams, you’ll blend storytelling with data to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize merchandising strategies for better conversion and engagement
Guide creative team with insights to ensure content is performance-oriented
Analyze KPIs across platforms and user behavior to improve merchandising outcomes
Partner with cross-functional teams to run seasonal campaigns and promos
Conduct regular site audits for UX consistency and merchandising accuracy
Lead and mentor the site merchandising team

Skills & Qualifications:
5–10 years in e-commerce or retail, 2–3 years in site merchandising
Strong analytical mindset; data fluency with business and site metrics
Familiarity with merchandising tools, dashboards, and trend analysis
Aesthetic sense with understanding of digital consumer behavior
Excellent collaboration and team leadership skills
