Tonight, I'm wearing my Esthetician Hat! I'm introducing the Dermalogica Pro Power Peel!

A Chemical Peel is a Skin Resurfacing (exfoliating) procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. Peels are used to treat fine lines, wrinkles, skin discoloration, scars, acne, dull and dehydrated skin as well as refine large pores.

I will be pairing the Ultrabright Peel with the Power Clear Peel.

ULTRABRIGHT PEEL contains:
Lactic Acid (derived from milk and synthetic sources) - mildly exfoliates and brightens the skin, improves the look of fine lines and wrinkles, great for sensitive skin.

Phytic Acid (derived from grains, beans and nuts) - an antioxidant which fends off free radicals and prevents blackheads and refines pores.

POWER CLEAR PEEL contains:
Salicylic Acid (derived from the Winter Bark and Wintergreen trees) - antibacterial, treats acne, breaks bonds that hold skin together.

Mandelic Acid (derived from bitter almonds) - antibacterial which is great for acne, anti-aging, has large molecule so it does not penetrate the skin deeply...excellent for sensitive skin.
