Guiding Light June 3 2002, Ed returns for Rick & Mel's wedding and meets baby Robbie

Ed objects to Rick and Mel's wedding, explaining that he can't let Rick marry someone who he has never even met. The ceremony ends and Rick and Mel are pronounced man and wife. Michelle and Rick thank Danny profusely for bringing Ed home. Seeing Ed stirs up a lot of old feelings for both Lillian and Holly, who feel a bit awkward. Rick and Mel go the Rick's hospital room to enjoy some privacy on their wedding night. Meanwhile, Danny and Michelle bring Ed home and Michelle asks Ed about where he has been. He avoids her questions and goes to take a nap, but first Michelle wants him to meet his grandson. Ed holds Robbie in his arms as Danny and Michelle look on. Later, Phillip and Beth share a moment alone and express how happy they are about their relationship.
