Gianpiero Petriglieri: is Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, and an expert on leadership and learning in the workplace. His award-winning research and teaching focus on what it means, and what it takes, to make leadership and workplaces more human in an age of ‘nomadic professionalism.’ That is, an age in which mobility and authenticity have become markers of success and virtue. He speaks widely on these topics, and collaborates with global organizations to design and host learning spaces where managers can clarify their leadership intent, and build the connections and capacity to bring it to life.
