今次材料有雪魚花膠, 雞一隻, 乾瑤柱, 紅棗, 龍眼肉, 蓮子, 杞子, 薑This time the ingredients include seabass maw, a chicken, dried scallops, red dates, longan meat, lotus seeds, wolfberry, ginger
首先把花膠清洗乾, 淨然後浸水First wash the fish maw, clean it and then soak it in water
