Enshin Karate

In my day to day interaction with martial artists from different disciplines one common question I get is what is Enshin Karate and what makes it different from most Karate styles.

So I decided to put a short compilation together to illustrate some of the techniques employed in Enshin Karate and the effectiveness of Kancho Joko Ninomiya's method.

Enshin Karate is different from most karate styles, I wanted to highlight the fact that not all Karate is the same and there is an alternative to traditional Karate.

Although this presentation does not go into detail of Kancho Ninomiya's Method, it will give people who are not familiar with Enshin Karate more understanding of the Sabaki Method and the way that Kancho Joko Ninomiya has merged the techniques of Judo and Karate together.

The Footage I have used in this compilation is from Kancho Joko Ninomiya's three Sabaki Method Tapes and the 2008 Sabaki Challenge.
