How to make makes yourself unique in law firm applications

Having your unique strengths and weaknesses really clear in your head will give you a huge advantage throughout your applications. It means that you'll know exactly what areas of yourself you should emphasise when you're faced with competency questions and interview questions about you.

But more than that, being confident talking about your weakness is a really great skill that not many people have. In this video, I talk about how you should mention your weaknesses so that you show your self-awareness, honesty and growth mindset. 💪

There are a lot of skills needed in a legal career... but none are more important than a willingness to learn!
