Robin Williams tribute song 'Here I Am Again' - by Charles Bryant

Описание к видео Robin Williams tribute song 'Here I Am Again' - by Charles Bryant

In memory of Robin Williams. I wrote this song a few weeks after he passed away while going through a severe bout of depression myself that was severely deepened by his loss.

This song is for anyone who has struggled with depression and/or suicidal thoughts, or who've had loved ones affected by, or their lives taken by these thoughts.

Lyrics:
1) There must be something that a man can hold onto, when everything he once held dear has faded out of view.

2) There must be someplace where he can run and hide, to find the strength to live when all he wants to do is die

Chorus:
But here I am again, unsure of who I am, unsure of where I’m goin’, unsure of where I’ve been.

A rebel without a cause, a soldier without a fight, wantin’ so much to live, wantin’ so much to die.

Fallin’ on my knees, cryin’ out for peace, to a God that may not hear me, to a God I cannot see.

A drop of water in an endless ocean, jus’ one more grain of sand,
jus’ one more broken heart, jus’ one more broken man,
here I am

Bridge:
Another day is gone, another year has passed
Nothin’ stays the same, nothin’ ever lasts
It’s all been said and done, it’s all been done and said
Another baby’s born, another’s laid to rest.
O’ how long will it take, o' how long must I wait
‘til I no longer say…Here I am again (Repeat Chorus)
