In this video I go over the decisions that go into purchasing including thinking about quality using the example of a car purchase. The construction industry has a lot of issues with quality, rework, and cost. As our industry seeks improvement and building on traditional methods with Lean methods we need to better understand the long term view along with the philosophy, methods and tools required to be successful.

Tom Stephenson is a national award-winning professor (George Brown College, University of Toronto) and best-selling author whose background in education spans nearly three decades.
