Dr. Hira Asim, Consultant Radiation Oncologist at Shifa International Hospital, debunks the breast cancer myth. Breast cancer has different types, among which a few are normal and others are aggressive. It has 4 stages. In the first three stages, the lump is restricted to the neck, armpits, and breasts. In the fourth stage, the lump spreads to other parts of the body. The treatment of breast cancer is dependent on which type and stage of breast cancer the patient has and how fit and healthy the patient is.
