Old King's Highway is a winding scenic drive through all that makes Cape Cod the amazing tourist and travel destination that it is. Enjoy as you skip the traffic and chaos on the way to your Cape Cod destination, it might take a few extra minutes but it is worth the time.

Old King's Highway - Route 6A provides a beautiful, relaxing alternative to Route 6 which is the primary highway across Cape Cod connecting Provincetown to the main land. In the summer, Route 6 although convenient is loaded with traffic, typical highway scenery and not much else. Old King's Highway, which wanders through Sandwich, Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, and Orleans is a much more relaxed way to travel Cape Cod letting the vacation start a few minutes earlier than you would if your first sight on the Cape is brake lights and white knuckles.
