How I Paint Things - Kharadron Arkanauts

The Kharadron Overlords jealously guard their richest seams of aether-gold and their most profitable trade routes, and at the forefront of their efforts are the doughty, stalwart Arkanauts - the crew of mighty, sky-trawling Frigates and Ironclads. This is how I'm painting my own sky-port, Barak-Kerrang. There are six major sky-ports, but Battletome: Kharadron Overlords contains rules and abilities for making up your own smaller ports, and I had to take the opportunity to call back to my old Warhammer Fantasy army, Karaz-a-Kerrang. To the skies, Duardin: Excelsior!

These basic techniques would work incredibly well for Barak-Nar, Barak-Urbaz or any sky-port with bright, metallic armour. All you'd need to change would be the colours you're using for the pressure suit and equipment!
