Entrepreneurship is about creating leaders and visionaries within a team; this video fundamentally defeats all that entrepreneurship stands for!

It is just fundamentally wrong!

If someone wants to be an entrepreneur there is always a start, if the world starts thinking like this then no helps each other to grow and build businesses.

Firstly you ‪@ShreyaPattar‬ wouldn't be where you are if you didn't get the opportunities you had in your career early on.

As a leader it is ones duty to build other leaders. Everyone learns and keeps climbing.

And if your organization is going to give freedom and a platform for learning and creating entrepreneurs and leaders then that's a positive not a negative thing!

Just because someone is aspirational doesn't mean they can't give 100% to the work that they are doing currently...

It is your insecurities and your inability to sell your company to jobseekers that you are projecting on to others.

But you cannot turn down someone because they have high goals and aspirations…

I hope this brings some clarity to people and people can actually understand what entrepreneurship is about. This is not a facade or something cool to just do because you can make money, its much more than that!
