But alas, Elmo’s imagination is the only place in which his dreams can become anything other than scribbles on a page. From international shooting locations to the integration  of plentiful and outrageous photographic and editorial techniques, director Bill Milling’s (All American Girls) loving tribute to 1930s comic books and cinematic serials, BLONDE GODDESS is as outlandish in its story telling as it is ambitious in its production values.
