On the site there is a local organic farm and shop, a restaurant, a café and various workshops as well as a conservation site, reforestation site and even a waste water treatment zone that uses the power of plants to clean and filter the water to UK bathing standard, it could even be used for drinking water, with another layer of filtering. The best thing about living in this ecovillage is that its non-toxic, the air quality is really good and its easy to go for a walk in nature, nothing is too far away.
