Sheleeart Bloom Tutorial by

The various products work together to generate the required cell effects. Substitution of any Bastion Paint products with other brands may not be successful. It is well known that Australian Floetrol works with Amsterdam Paints (and not many other paints) to create a cell activator. In the same way, our Cell Activator Flow Control works with our Pouring Paints.
