CM152 Core Cutter

The CM152 is an innovative and simple to use core cutter machine for precise cut accuracy and high-speed cutting. The precision core cutter is capable of handling up to 60″ long cores with core IDs of 3″ or 6″. The CM152 is equipped with quick change tooling that allows operators to rapidly switch between 3″ and 6″ cores.

After manually loading the core onto the CM152, operators quickly set the core cut sizes by using the built-in tape measure. Once the measurement is set, a pneumatic feeder pushes the core forward into position for precision cutting. Two-handed push button control activates the pneumatically loaded cutting blade for safe, fast and clean cuts.
