少林内劲一指禅传承史 | A Brief History of the Lineage in Shaolin Neijing Yizhichan Qigong

少林内劲一指禅起源于福建莆田南少林寺，历代单传、口传心记、不立文字，是此功法的独特之处 。中国解放后，少林内劲一指禅第十八代掌门阙阿水废除了“功法秘不外传”的禁令，开门纳徒，挽救了濒临绝传的功法，为人类造福，因此受到高度重视和赞誉。

目前，内劲一指禅所有门派都由阙阿水大师一人所传，他的有些学生在此功法上有所创新，并演变成独立门派；唯其长子阙巧生福缘于子承父业修得正宗功法，成为少林内劲一指禅第十九代掌门人。

数十年来，阙巧生大师致力将少林内劲一指禅强身健体、发气治病的奥妙普惠天下。跟其学功的弟子学员遍及世界各地，而成立于2018年的阙门内劲一指禅国际协会，便是推广正宗原创内劲一指禅、凝聚马来西亚及国际内劲一指禅爱好者的平台之一。

Originated from the Southern Shaolin Temple in Putian, Fujian, Shaolin Neijing Yizhichan was a superior Qigong system that transmitted orally from master to one disciple over the generations. Que A Shui, the 18th generation lineage holder of Shaolin Neijing Yizhichan introduced this highly secretive Qigong to a broader public after the Chinese Cultural Revolution was over. He was highly praised for his open-mindedness and efforts in promoting the practice for the good of mankind.

Nowadays, all the schools of Neijing Yizhichan Qigong are inherited from Que A Shui's techniques. Many of the techniques inherited by his disciples were later developed into other school of practice. Que Qiao Sheng, the eldest son of Que A Shui followed in his father's footsteps by making the original practice of Shaolin Neijing Yizhichan accessible to millions of people across the world, helping them maintain health and treat illnesses through energy healing.

Que’s highly trained Qigong techniques and have gained much attention across the region and the globe. International Association of Que School Neijing Yizhichan is one of the platform that established since 2018 to promote the original practice of Shaolin Neijing Yizhichan within Malaysia as well as in international arena.
